Shopper's Corner, a family-owned Santa Cruz grocery store established in 1937 and consistently voted the area's best for their fine wines, cheeses, and butcher services, approached our team with a digital presence that had fallen behind their premium reputation. When owner Andre Beauregard's website featured outdated Flash components creating customer barriers, we implemented a comprehensive modernization strategy, migrating to Craft CMS and fortrabbit hosting for improved performance. During the pandemic, we developed a custom React-based shopping list component to streamline the customer experience, creating a digital ecosystem that now properly reflects the quality and attention to detail that has made Shopper's Corner a local institution for over eight decades.
